Who are we?
It began with one Land Rover, big dreams and a lot of prayers. MediationJD, is a training and consulting company associated with "Corporate Point" a group of  companies established since in 1998. It’s core service is to use “Mediation” as an effective alternative to litigation supported with professional ethics and leadership to resolute the internal and external disputes emerges in individuals, law firms, educational institutions, corporations, social services agencies, groups, public and private professional associations and organizations.

What makes us different?
We believe that progress in mediation comes swiftly for those who try their hardest. It is the acid test of non-violence that in a non-violent conflict there is no rancor left behind, and in the end the disputants are converted into friends. " We win justice quickest by rendering justice to the other party. "It isn’t that disputing can’t see the solution. It’s that they can’t see problem.
Good people do not need laws to tell them to act responsibly, while bad people will find a way around the laws. To be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle. Professional ethics is in origin the art of recommending to others the sacrifices required for cooperation with oneself.

We believe there is a meaning and purpose in life and all knowledge, and that strength and leadership comes from within. Once people “see” things differently”, they become proactive and this allows them to view life disputes differently. The secret to happiness is to face the fact that the world is horrible. The only thing that will redeem mankind is cooperation. As mediators we rejuvenate this awareness in disputants and demonstrate the process of commitment through training, built in Grass Roots Seminars and consultation during mediation sessions. This is an experimental learning and it produces results “There is no fairer way to gauge anything than by results. Often harsh, but always fair”. Everyone wins, nobody is left out. This is what makes us different.
