Title 3. Civil RulesDivision 8. Alternative Dispute Resolution Chapter 4. Civil Action Mediation Program Rules As amended through April 1, 2007 Rule 3.873. Selection of mediators. The parties may stipulate to any mediator, whether or not the person selected is among those identified under rule 3.872, within 15 days of the date an action is submitted to mediation. If the parties do not stipulate to a mediator, the court must promptly assign a mediator to the action from those identified under rule 3.872.
